Nikole has over thirty years
of experience in managing and building businesses
and is the Founder of Women International
Network (WIN) and New International Men (NIM),
a non-profit organization that she founded
eight years ago to provide collective and
online collaborations dedicated to the advancement
and success of men and women in their professional,
personal, environmental and spiritual lives.
WIN and NIM’s projects typically include
identifying small businesses growth needs
and tendering professional speakers to deliver
informational sessions for their advancement.
More recently, with the insurgence of environmental
concerns, she has brought on board her knowledge
of twenty years of being herself an advocate
of global warming concerns. With demand for
spiritual, professional and environmental
guidance, Nikole extended her services with
Nikobel, offering Interpersonal Consulting
Services, offering business partnerships,
professional direction and ongoing advice.
Nikobel is a private consulting company that
prides itself on bringing businesses and people

to reach a common goal. With over eight years
of proven business partnerships, and hundreds
of successful stories, Nikobel raises the

Nikole’s previous business experience includes
six years experience with her previous consulting
company “Can We Talk Ltd.”, seven years part
owner and VP of Marketing and International
Sales of Implo Technology, ten years as owner
and president of Nikobelli Inc. (a Prêt-à-Porter
Boutique specializing in European concept
and offering personalized consultation service
to mid – high management female professionals),
and ten years as a Buyer and Supervisor Manager
for two of Montreal’s high end boutiques (positions
mainly run by male counterparts).
More recently, Nikole has become one of 275
official presenters of Al Gore’s work through
The Climate Project Canada.
