Sara Traub, President of the Centre for Esoteric Studies

BIO:
Sara Traub is the co-founder, President, and member of the teaching faculty of the Centre for Esoteric Studies, a not for profit registered charity under the Income Tax Act (Canada). She has been teaching ,counseling and writing on the subject of spiritual living since 1991 and has over this period of time empowered many students and colleagues with her wisdom in practical spirituality. Sara holds a Teaching Certificate from O.P.A, an Honours degree in Fine Arts from York University and a Ph.D.E. in Advanced Esoteric Sciences from the University of the Seven Rays. Sara's multiple and varied business experiences coupled with her extensive world travel bring a wide variety of experience and practical knowledge to her role as faculty member and director of the Centre.

This presentation offers a tremendous opportunity for understanding more about ourselves: our traits, driving forces and behaviors. It will illumine why we respond the way that we do to events and people in our lives.
This dynamic, interactive, colorful presentation offers profound insights into one’s individuality on several levels. These levels are comprised of five parts:

The physical body, the emotional body, the mental body or mind, the personality or ego, and the soul. Knowing this five-fold model gives one an illumining tool for understanding oneself and others. We can begin to observe the energy of our parts in action and to see how each part naturally functions.

Why are some people shy and others outgoing? Some analytical and others intuitive? Some reactive, others responsive? The way for one person’s mind to express is natural for him. His daughter’s mind might work differently from him or her sister’s. Visuals might be an important tool for one person’s comprehension, another might need methodical explanation, yet another understands the gist right away and is bored with the rest of the explanation. People’s parts work differently; and usually there is ease when there is common functioning, such as two minds that process data similarly, or two sets of emotions that feel things in a similar way.
Through understanding our energetic makeup we can work with what we have, recognise our strengths that are inherent in our energetic system and spiral our weaknesses into strengths.
