Final Thought: from Nikole with LUV...
What We Focus on Expands
We are free to focus our attention wherever we wish. We can focus on all that we have, or we can obsess on what we don't have. We can focus on what we perceive to be problems, or we can remind ourselves that everything has a purpose and that every circumstance is an opportunity to reclaim our power...
When we choose to sustain our beliefs in lack and struggle, we support these beliefs with additional thoughts that are consistent with this way of seeing the world. The more we give our attention, or energy, to our beliefs in struggle, the more circumstances we attract to us that substantiate such beliefs.
