With your busy life as a woman, making time for your health is critical, yet most women often forego a healthy lifestyle for the sake of their families and/or their careers. “Stress”, “lack of motivation”, and “no time”—these are the most common reasons why women don’t exercise and follow a healthy diet. But when I ask them how important their health is to them, they tell me “it’s extremely important!”
The biggest obstacles women have to creating a healthy lifestyle for themselves is that they lack the knowledge, self-awareness, and patience with themselves to make sustainable life changes. In my presentation I will teach you:
- How to get and stay motivated
- How to lose weight and keep it off
- How to make time for exercise and nutritious eating
- How to exercise in the privacy of your own home
Changing your lifestyle means changing your life habits, this takes a lot of work and personal dedication. Let me show you how to take care of your body so that you can feel more energetic, sexy, and confident…So that you can be the best possible you!

Final Thought: from Nikole with LUV...
Have Goals, but Remember: The Goals Are Not The Goals
It has been said that a goal is a dream with a deadline. I love that description. A goal is like a promise you make to that higher part of you; it is a demarcation in space to which you commit your energy. In business, goals are the driving force on the road to prosperity.
One Percent consciousness is your everyday, conventional way of thinking. In it, there is no cause and effect, and you operate solely from ego. In 1% consciousness, you become obsessed with your goal to the point at which the goal becomes everything. “I’ll sacrifice anything to get there,” you might say. “Relationships, my kids, and my health – I’m oblivious to all of them. All that exists is my goal.” Needless to say, the result of your activity will be success with side effects. How many very wealthy people do you know who have deep, satisfying relationships with their partners, kids, and parents?
You see it’s ok to set goals, but the goals are not about the goals. The goals are more like the net in a tennis match: They force you to make a great shot, but the game isn’t about the net. It’s about the tennis itself. As you build prosperity, your goals are tools that can be used to motivate, inspire, and move you along – to help define structure of the game. “I want to make $100,000 over the next year, or $100 millions” you might say. Or “I want to have my own business, and I want to see it flourish within tree years.” Or “I want to quit my job at the accounting firm and write romance novels.” Set long – and short term goals, but don’t get lost in them. Be ready to change them, because when you are the boss in your life, you put your trust in the Light – and though you may not know exactly where the Light wants to take you, you don’t worry about it. Invariably, you know that it will be the right place. – Yehuda Berg
