Through CMHC, he works to foster public, private partnerships and coalitions in support of the creation of sustainable housing and communities. In this regard, he has spearheaded many successful sustainable and universal housing demonstration initiatives such as Home 2000, The Sustainable Condo, and most recently the Can Home. Collectively, they have been visited by over 400,000 people and have garnered significant media coverage including CTV's Live Earth telecast, Canada AM, and countless TV/Radio news spots, newspaper/magazine articles.
