Internally and externally, things have never felt so crazy…
Most of us feel like fish out of water!
Sometimes it feels like everything is coming apart.  In a way, that’s true.
It’s also true that for the first time in history perhaps, things are about to come together!

We often hear and use terms such as new energy, New Age, new consciousness, and new reality.
There are those of us, who may believe that new is some kind of blanket on the planet that is thrown over everything that exists, and that what was yesterday is old, and what is today is therefore new… Naturally, it’s far more complex than this.

Some definitions of what’s new and what’s not.

The biggest concept of all, the concept of God.  Has God changed over the millennium?
However we define God – whatever that means to us – if God means the collective that is us –
if it means all of the spiritual energy in the Universe, filled with love – or even a God as an entity Who watches over everything,  God never changes! And there has never been a change in the energy of God.  It has all been in the eyes of the perceiver…
What has happened is a dramatic Human Change!
Changes in the consciousness of humanity create profound changes in what’s perceived as reality.

What about energy? Has it shifted? The answer is yes! Grandly and greatly, the energy of this Earth, which therefore has given us new opportunities, has shifted. And this is indeed new…
Are we all aware of this? No.
Why are there so many people on this planet who don’t understand this – who don’t feel it or don’t see it? Because there is what we call free choice.  Sometimes it’s okay to just know how things are without having to understand all the mechanics of them. Does it bother you to step on the accelerator in your vehicle and not know the inner workings of the automatic transmission that’s allowing for the transfer of engine power to the wheels? The answer is obvious. So most of us just drive the car… We have places to go… However, I would like to mention here that it seems that more of us really want to know these days the inner workings of things!…

In this new energy, the vibration is in higher frequency, and the invitation is to turn the dial and find the new frequency if you wish!

How to tune into the New Consciousness and Higher Frequency and how to handle the new challenges:

Get Creative
Creativity accomplishes something that almost nothing else can. It knocks at the door of the god-self, and begins to exercise the parts of you that need to be awakened. Paint, write, channel – even if you think you don’t know how…  You might be shocked and surprised.

Exercise
This is a difficult one!  In our culture we have no physical activity; we seat, and then seat, and seat some more! We need to balance this lack of activity with exercise.  Biologically, when we exercise there is chemical balance that is shifted and changed. In addition, we take in much needed additional oxygen, a necessary fuel for the body of a Human Being trying to enhance new parts of our thinking.

Diet
Watch what you put into your body, and drink lots of water.

Meditate
Try this: Exercise, then follow it up with meditation. Watch what happens.

Personal Verbal Affirmations
Watch what you say! The words out of your mouth are constructs of energy.
You manifest the energy that you place into the air through speech. Speak your joy! 

Watch Your Thoughts
Be aware of what you are thinking! They are as potent as what you say…
