The Women’s International Network (WIN) & The New International Men (NIM) is a not for profit Organization and the premier collective and online network dedicated to the advancement and success of women & men in their professional, personal and spiritual lives. It serves as a provider of diversified services and information by fostering communication between cultural backgrounds and spiritual beliefs.

We are enhancing this online presence with monthly meetings for the individual chapters at the local level, one in Downtown Toronto, Richmond Hill and Oakville/Milton and future expansion to major Canadian cities. Each chapter is lead by a core group of professional leaders and guest speakers chosen for their skills in a variety of areas and also for their commitment to the organization and its goals. Follow this up with future possibilities on the international stage and you begin to comprehend the incredible influence this organization will have, not only in the course of our daily lives but also on the course of history itself. I believe that by growing together we can achieve extraordinary things that many people only dream of but never really do anything about.

A distinctive feature of our members is that we learn not to be afraid to talk about our passion. It is all about trusting the energy, and creating a space in which we all need to recognize by each other. We are in a global trend that eliminates boundaries, and permits new connections to be made.  We are on the verge of a revolutionary information age all over the globe. This is a journey that we should all embark on together.

Our global networks are women, men and young adults who wish to take responsibility for their own personal and professional welfare. In addition, they are willing to "give back" what they gain from being a part of WIN & NIM. It is for anyone seeking to leave a legacy, mentor a younger generation, and to gain the fellowship of others within an environment of mutual support and growth.
